The Health Care Payment Learning & Action Network (LAN) is an active group of public and private health care leaders dedicated to accelerating our care system’s adoption of alternative payment models (APMs) by reducing barriers and sharing promising practices.

The LAN conducted interviews with payers and providers to identify promising practices that fell into three domains:
