CMS launched the Healthcare Payment Learning and Action Network (HCPLAN) to accelerate the health care system’s shift toward value-based care. They needed a trusted partner to develop a clear, cohesive communications strategy that could engage different invested parties, from payers and providers to patients and policymakers, and promote actionable, nationwide change.

Our Path to Success
As a subcontractor on this project, Ripple Effect provided full-spectrum communications and outreach support, tailoring strategic messaging to resonate with both early adopters and skeptics. We translated complex policy into digestible content, created dynamic visuals, managed digital channels, and led high-visibility events. Our team produced 13 white papers, 8 infographics, 8 factsheets, and earned 10+ annual media placements. We also supported 5 major summits, 77 meetings, and 30 webinars, amplifying their influence and thought leadership.
