Improving Public Health
Outcomes Through Strategic
and Lasting Collaboration
A large public-private health initiative sought to drive collaboration across patients, healthcare professionals, industry, community leaders, and government to address a high-risk genetic condition and encourage collective action to increase awareness, access, and research. This required a structured, inclusive process to gather insights and create a cohesive, actionable roadmap.
Our Goal
Develop a roadmap geared towards disparate audiences to increase disease awareness, access to diagnostic testing, and participation in clinical research.
Our Path to Success
Ripple Effect facilitated a multi-phase engagement strategy to inform and develop the roadmap. This included managing four expert working groups, conducting 10 in-depth stakeholder interviews, leading an interactive workshop, and creating and implementing a communications plan for rollout. The final deliverable synthesized varied perspectives into a clear set of recommended actions and tools for implementation, accompanied by a communications plan to facilitate wider understanding and engagement.
