The Health Care Payment Learning & Action Network (LAN) needed to quickly develop a working structure that would align its participants and carry out specific goals and deliverables. Our challenge was to organize and support the LAN to help it meet its ambitious goals in an accelerated time frame.
We provided support for several internal bodies, including a guiding committee and 12 work groups, action collaboratives, and affinity groups. Our team developed meeting summaries, drafted project plans, provided editorial and graphics support for products and deliverables, and collected public comments on draft materials.
Within its first two years, the LAN produced ten comprehensive white papers and reports and convened hundreds of committee meetings and calls to address key issues in payment reform.
