We have exciting news to share today—Ripple has a new look!

As we continue to grow our culture and expand our business, we want our brand to best reflect why we exist, what we believe in, and where we’re headed. I wanted to take a moment to share some of these exciting updates with you and explain what’s behind them.

A Ripple Recap

We had a terrific 2018 at Ripple, one defined by growth and expansion into new areas for our business. Balancing that growth with continued stellar performance for our clients, we were fortunate this year to be named to Washington Business Journal’s 75 Fastest-Growing Private Companies list—ranking #41 overall—and to the 2018 Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America, ranking #467 overall.

We’re honored by our inclusion on these prestigious lists. Moreover, we’re proud of our growth, and prouder of our people’s commitment to making clients successful, no matter their challenges.

But with growth comes change, and new challenges. We’re excited to take those on, and accordingly, we’ve made some updates to our company’s look and feel to prepare for change.

What’s Brand New?

The Ripple Effect Name

You’ve probably always known us as Ripple Effect, but now it’s official: we’ve dropped “Communications” from our name (if you haven’t noticed already!) We incorporated in 2003 as a communications-centric consulting business and focused our offerings around those capabilities. Since then, we’ve grown into so much more than a communications company, expanding into qualitative research and evaluation, program and policy management, data analysis, and broadened our range of creative services.

Our Mission, Vision, and More

We’ve updated the language we use to describe ourselves and our business, from our mission and vision to descriptions of our services and capabilities. Specifically, we’ve focused ourselves around a new brand promise—Work Smarter. Perform Better.—that captures why we exist and what we believe in. Check out our website to learn more and see what’s new.

Our Look

We’ve updated our visual elements to reflect the new tone that our brand language sets, while maintaining a familiar connection to our company’s look and feel. From our website to our social channels, you’ll find new treatments of the Ripple Effect name, logo, and tagline.

Updated Social Channels

We’ve updated our social media channels with a consistent handle–@TheRippleWay–across all of our accounts. Visit us on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter and connect with us!

A New Tagline

We’re in the process of trademarking a new tagline for Ripple Effect: Work Smarter. Perform Better. This tag is a concise summary of our mission statement, capturing the essence of our company’s approach to developing leaders, improving processes, and creating lasting change that makes our clients and partners successful.

What’s Next?

We’re excited to build on the growth and momentum of 2018. (In case you don’t know us by now, we’re never satisfied with the status quo.)

In 2019, we’ll focus on growing our client portfolio and expanding into new areas of business; building new partnerships with great companies that share our values; exploring new technologies and processes that help us work smarter and perform better; and sharing stories and content that showcase our culture, talented people, and journey along the way.

Here’s to a great year ahead!
