Tackling the “Always On” Burnout

Ripple Effect has long supported flexible, remote, and hybrid work arrangements; however, moving to fully remote has extended that flexibility and challenged us in new ways. Before the pandemic, most of our full-time staff spent a few days in an office and had some flexibility on their start and end times, but we largely shared core business hours. Since the pandemic, we have expanded that flexibility for employees to include very early morning, evening, and weekend work times to allow our staff to handle the many uncertainties during the pandemic.
