We’ve had quite the year at Ripple Effect, filled with many successes both for our clients and for our company. Throughout this final month of 2019 and in the holiday spirit, we’ll be celebrating Ripple Effect’s 12 best and brightest moments from the past calendar year, and looking forward to all the exciting things to come in 2020. Welcome to the 12 Days Of Ripple! To kick things off, let’s celebrate our refreshed brand, which we launched in January. From our logo to tagline to new mission and vision, here’s what changed with Ripple Effect in 2019.

New Digital Campaigns

 

On the second day of the 12 Days Of Ripple, let’s look back at all the new digital campaigns our Corporate Communications team debuted this year! New Executive Leadership and Strategic Growth Division

 

On the third day of the 12 Days Of Ripple, we highlight this year’s new additions to our executive leadership and our newly-launched Strategic Growth division! Congrats to our Chief Financial Officer Bambo Bamgbose, Director of Communications & Outreach Timothy La Rose, Human Resources Manager Tierra Terrell-Johnson, and Director of Strategic Growth Patrick McCarthy for their new roles this year, and kudos to all of you for helping to take our company to the next level. Getting Involved in Our Community

 

As you may have seen during August’s Community Month, Ripple Effect values actively giving back and helping build up the community around us. On the sixth day of the 12 Days Of Ripple, take a look at how we’ve gotten involved the past year, from Ripplers speaking at conferences and job fairs to the Making Strides in Central Maryland Breast Cancer Walk to sponsoring the Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health Opioid Hackathon, and so much more. On Monday, we shared a list of all the wonderful new clients we began supporting in 2019. With all this new work, Ripple Effect had a lot of desks to fill! On the eighth day of the 12 Days of Ripple, we give a shout out to our hardworking Recruiting team that spends countless hours making sure we hire the right person for every one of our open positions. Hiring Our Heroes Spotlight

 

This year, we’ve had the privilege of partnering with Hiring Our Heroes and the Military Spouse Professional Network to aid veterans and military spouses, like Junior Communications Specialist and Graphic Designer Natalie Mazur, in transitioning to meaningful employment opportunities. Let’s spend the tenth day of the 12 Days Of Ripple looking forward to extending this partnership, and hopefully adding a new group of Ripplers to our team in 2020!
